Benefits

Williams-Russell and Johnson is committed to providing our employees with a very comprehensive benefits package. Most benefits offered are effective 30 days after the first day of employment. Here are highlights offered through each of the programs:

Health Insurance
Plan provides employees and their dependents access to medical, dental, audio and vision care insurance benefits; PPO through GE Group Administrators, Inc.

Vacation
Upon initial eligibility, employee is entitled to 10 vacation days per year, accrued bi-weekly at the rate of 3.08 hours.

After 6 years of eligible service, employee is entitled to 11 vacation days per year, accrued bi-weekly at the rate of 3.39 hours. An additional vacation day will accrue after years 7 through 10.

After 10 years of eligible service, employee is entitled to 15 vacation days per year, accrued biweekly at the rate of 4.62 hours. The bi-weekly accrual rate will remain constant at 4.62 hours through the completion of fifteen (15) years of eligible service.

After 15 years of eligible service, employee is entitled to 18 vacation days per year, accrued bi-weekly at the rate of 5.54 hours. The bi-weekly accrual rate will remain constant at 5.54 hours through the completion of twenty (20+) years of eligible service.

Sick Leave
Employees accrue 12 days per year.

401(K) Plan
Employees are eligible to participate and vested at 100% after 3 consecutive months of service or have worked a minimum of 1,040 hours.

Cafeteria Plan/Flexible Benefits Program
Employee chooses benefits from a list of options and contributes a part of pre-taxed salaries to that account.

Life/AD&D Insurance
Insured amount is equal to two times the employee’s annual base salary.

Short-Term Disability Insurance
Eligible employees would receive up to 70% of basic weekly earnings after a 30-day waiting period. Maximum benefits: 52 weeks.

Long-Term Disability Insurance
Eligible employees would receive up to 70% of basic weekly earnings after a 30- day waiting period.

Tuition Reimbursement
Eligible employees who have completed 3 years of service are entitled to educational assistance.

Additional Benefits
